This course aims to equip Arabic language teachers for non-native speakers, as well as individuals interested in entering this field, with the theoretical knowledge and practical applications needed to design effective instruction that meets learners' needs and accommodates their diverse backgrounds.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the main challenges in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, and enable participants to propose practical, effective classroom solutions.
Deepen participants' awareness of the fundamental principles of second-language learning, and connect these principles to appropriate instructional practices for learners of varying levels and linguistic backgrounds.
Enable participants to apply effective strategies to enhance student motivation in the classroom and build a supportive learning environment that encourages participation, interaction, and linguistic engagement.
Introduce participants to the steps of designing a model lesson, beginning with planning and setting objectives, followed by warm-up activities, instruction, practice, and ending with assessment and follow-up.
Develop participants' skills in teaching the four language skills (listening, reading, speaking, and writing), and enable them to design practical activities tailored to each skill.
Strengthen participants' ability to design and apply modern and innovative assessment methods that accurately measure learner progress and support their linguistic development.
Enhance participants' ability to create an engaging and motivating Arabic learning environment that improves interaction, interest, and connection with the language inside the classroom.
